As an IBM IMPS resource should be able to resolve all issues raised in Ticket. Resource will have hands on experience on IMPS and aware of the Banking terminology and payments flow in banking.

Your Role and Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 support for IMPS.
- Techno-functional knowledge for IMPS.
- Fix the incidents within SLA.
- Readiness to work in regular or afternoon shift.
- Interact with users to understand the issues and resolve them.
- Should aware of IMPS flow.
- Hands of experience on linux and SQL.

IMPS L1/L2 support resource.

**What you’ll do**:

- Provide L1/L2 support for IMPS.
- Resolve Sev 1/ Severity 2 and Critical Severity 3 incident within SLA.
- Handle a team of 2-3 resources.
- Automate processes to increase productivity.
