**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the staff and faculty.
- Maintain and organize records, files, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle student admissions and enrollment processes, including maintaining student records.
- Support faculty and staff with administrative tasks and provide necessary resources.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Liaise with parents, students, and external stakeholders to provide information and resolve issues.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating school events, workshops, and other activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and policies.
