- Create and modify 2D drawings using AutoCAD based on project requirements.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings for various construction and interior design projects.
- 3D drawing skills are a plus, but not a requirement.

- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work is progressing as per the design, quality standards, and timeline.
- Communicate effectively with on-site contractors and material suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular site visits, monitor work progress, and ensure adherence to approved plans.

- Document site progress by taking pictures and maintaining an organized record of work stages.
- Prepare regular reports on site activities, highlighting work completed, challenges faced, and upcoming requirements.
- Update the main office or project manager with project status and any potential issues.

4.
- Check and verify Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and measurements on-site to certify contractor bills.
- Order materials and ensure timely delivery as per the project needs and site requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of materials and manage any discrepancies.

- Ensure that all work complies with safety and quality standards.
- Verify that site activities are aligned with project specifications and highlight any deviations promptly.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role would be an added plus but freshers can also apply.(AutoCAD Drafting and Site Supervision).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D; 3D drafting skills are an added advantage.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with contractors, suppliers, and the main office.

Analytical Skills: Ability to review and verify Bill of Quantities, measurements, and specifications.

Travel: Willingness to travel frequently to project sites as required.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in both drafting and site supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Familiarity with construction materials, quality control, and site management processes.

Basic proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation.
