**Skill requirements**:

- Expertise in Javascript (ES6), CSS3, HTML5, SASS, JASS
- Familiarities with npm.js, package management, component distribution and dependency management
- Solid and hands on understanding of algorithms, complexity and Space/Time complexities (big O notations)
- Hands on experience with Redux, React JS, Webpack, Babel, Enzyme, Jest
- Hands on working knowledge of versioning tools (git, BitBucket / github / gitlabs etc)
- Knowledge on building rest APIs
- Working knowledge of JSON, YAML and XML
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js, Immer, lodash)
- Having exposure of javascript libraries (e.g. moment, axios & material UI)
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
- A knack for benchmarking and optimization
- Guide team members technically to come up with optimized production ready approaches to various business problem statements.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Understanding of key design principles
