Legal Trainee

Position Title: Legal Drafter for E-commerce Business
Industry : E-commerce
Location : Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal
Experience : 2 years minimum
Language : Good command over English

Key Responsibilities:

- Drafting and Reviewing Contracts: Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts including vendor agreements, service agreements, partnership agreements, terms of service, privacy policies, and other legal documents related to e-commerce transactions.
- Compliance Management: Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to e-commerce operations.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential legal risks and liabilities associated with e-commerce operations and provide guidance to mitigate these risks effectively.
- Dispute Resolution: Assist in resolving legal disputes, claims, and litigation matters.
- Contract Management: Maintain an organized system for contract management.
- Legal Research: Conduct legal research on specific issues related to e-commerce law, industry trends.

Qualifications:

- Strong drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively to non-legal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
