1.Coordination of day to day activities. Quality monitoring and supply of Limestone as per plant requirement, gather information about the pile position. Take corrective action on deviation in quality and quantity. Allocate equipment operation as per job and skill.

2. Supervision of mines activities and supply the material as per plant requirement.

3. Ensure and implement rules and regulations for safe working. Educate and motivate workers for safe operation. Production as per requirement. Statutory compliance as per MMR-1961,Mines Rule 1955 and Mines Act-1952.

4. Ensure development as per mines plan. Preparation of compliances reports as per DGMS, IBM & CGM. Plan for the safe mine working as per the Mines Act 1952

5. He shall maintain good housekeeping in the mines area and other activities as assigned on day to day basis

6. Assist workmen in duties as needed, which may include placement of loading machine and other task as required.

7. Compliance of all UTCL safety standard in section. He shall ensure that the equipment used are in safe condition.

8. Daily monitoring of Productivity and efficiency parameters of Excavators, Wheel Loaders, Dumpers, Drills and Auxiliary Equipment’s. Identify & rectify abnormalities, unsafe conditions/activities & 5S activities. He shall maintain all registers & records of machinery & production.

9. Responsible for timely submission of statutory records and returns, record of limestone transported to plant and GU’s, Royalty, DMF and NMET details.

10. Responsible for compliance of audit data required by DMG, Karnataka.

11. Maintaining records of IMS.
