Customer Verification Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Verification Executive to join our team. The Customer Verification Executive will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of customer information, as well as verifying customer identities and documents in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Verify customer identities through various means, including but not limited to, identity documents, biometric data, and online verification tools.
2. Conduct thorough checks on customer information provided during account registration or transaction processes.
4. Review and analyze customer documents and information to identify any discrepancies or irregularities.
5. Collaborate with other departments, such as compliance and risk management, to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer verification activities and document verification results.
7. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to customer verification and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.
8. Provide support and guidance to colleagues and other team members on customer verification processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
1. 6 Months of experiance in Customer Service
2. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and anomalies in customer information.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
5. Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, such as Know Your Customer (KYC) and AML regulations, is a plus.
6. Proficiency in using computer software and online verification tools.
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
