Front Office Receptionist

Education Qualification: - Any Degree with Good Communication Skills.
Experience: - 3 to 9 Years of Similar Experience in any Industry.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Should able to respond to inquiries from callers seeking information.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for senior management team.
- Should Answer phone promptly and directed incoming calls.
- Should Monitor premises, screen visitors, update logs.
- Keep reception area clean and neat to give visitors positive first impression.
- Providing clerical support to company employees by copying and filing documents
- Should be a SPOC for all courier and internal travel activities.
- Must be very good at Guest Handling.
**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
