Job Description: As our Guest relation executive, you’ll be the friendly face, providing exceptional support to all our guests who are both adults and kids alike

Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting guests during the Experience

Providing information about our services

Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction

Assisting with administrative tasks as needed to support our operations

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a passionate individual with a knack for customer service who is bright and energetic for our Studio & Portable Experiences

Have excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor

Be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards customer satisfaction

Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed

Previous customer service experience and familiarity with art-related terminology are a plus, but not required - we will train the right person who shares our passion for creativity and customer care

Location: Chennai

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
