**Bus Driver / Car Driver**

**Job Profile**
- Driver is a professional who is responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations. Drivers operate buses/cars in accordance with traffic regulations and company policies.

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- **Intermediate, diploma or equivalent**:

- Must possess a **valid commercial driver's license (CDL) **with passenger endorsement
- **Clean driving record** with no accidents or violations
- **Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations**:

- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Prior experience as a bus driver preferred
- Good physical health and ability to lift heavy objects
- Ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Operate a bus safely and efficiently to transport passengers to various destinations
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Inspect the bus before and after each trip to ensure it is in good working condition
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the bus
- Collect fares and issue tickets or passes as needed
- Maintain a clean and orderly bus interior
- Communicate with dispatch and other drivers as needed to coordinate routes and schedules
- Report any accidents, incidents, or mechanical problems to the appropriate authorities
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
