IT Counselor

Responsibilities:
1. Provide personalized counseling to prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process and helping them choose the right courses based on their interests, goals, and academic background.
3. Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, offering ongoing support and assistance to address their questions, concerns, and challenges.
4. Collaborate with the admissions team to develop strategies for attracting and converting leads, including organizing informational sessions, webinars, and other outreach activities.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to inform counseling strategies and enhance the student experience.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in CS IT.
1+ years of experience in education counseling or admissions, preferably in a higher education setting.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds and effectively convey complex information.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
4. A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel preferred.
