Position: Hair Stylist

Job Summary: As a hair stylist, you will use your creativity, technical skills, and knowledge of current trends to provide a wide range of hair services to clients. Your role will involve consulting with clients, performing hair treatments, and creating beautiful and personalized hairstyles.

**Responsibilities**:
Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs, preferences, and desired outcomes.

Provide expert advice and recommendations on suitable hairstyles, cuts, colors, and treatments based on the client's features, hair type, and lifestyle.

Perform haircuts, styling, and coloring services, including highlights, balayage, ombre, and hair extensions.

Shampoo, condition, and treat hair to maintain its health and vitality.

Keep up-to-date with the latest hair trends, styles, and techniques, and share this knowledge with clients.

Use professional hair care products and tools to achieve desired results while maintaining the integrity of the hair.

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in workstations, equipment, and tools.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized and exceptional experience.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns or issues professionally and efficiently.

Recommend and sell hair care products to clients, explaining their benefits and providing usage instructions.

Keep accurate records of client preferences, services provided, and products used.

Collaborate with salon team members, such as estheticians and nail technicians, for client referrals and cross-promotion.

**Requirements**:
Valid cosmetology license or certification.

Proven experience as a hair stylist, preferably in a salon setting.

In-depth knowledge of hair care techniques, trends, and products.

Proficiency in a wide range of hairstyling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and styling.

Strong creativity and artistic ability to design and execute unique hairstyles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively consult with clients and understand their needs.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.

Attention to detail to ensure precision and quality in hair services.

Knowledge of salon hygiene and sanitation practices.

Sales skills to promote and sell hair care products.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,934.84 per month

**Education**:

- Hair Coloring: 1 year (preferred)
