Responsibilities include the following:

- Discovering and engage in new sales leads.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing initiatives.
- Understanding and promoting company programs.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Experience in B2B or Institutional sales.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

**Experience: 1-2 years in publishing or online learning (Ed Tech). Fresh graduates can also apply. ₹15,000 - ₹25,000/Month + Incentives and other perks**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, West - 110059, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Institutional Sales: 1 year (preferred)
