Guidance Counsellor, Tellycoller

As a Counsellor cum Telesales Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing counseling services while also engaging in telesales activities. Your excellent communication skills and outgoing personality will be key in this dual role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide counseling and guidance to clients
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote products/services
- Build rapport with customers over the phone
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and sales made
- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company
- Adhere to scripts and guidelines during calls
- Handle objections and resolve customer complaints
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in counseling or telesales is preferred
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and talkative nature
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good listening skills and empathy towards customers' concerns
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM software and telesales systems
- High school diploma; additional certification in counseling or sales is a plus
