**We are leading Tiles Manufacturing and selling company, Head quartered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, KAG Tiles is a 25 year Business Conglomerate galloping in various spheres of activities viz., Tiles, Taps and Bath Fittings, Sanitary ware, Home Care Product, Decorative, Smart Granite, Sink - Quartz & Handmade, Adhesive & Grouts, etc. Urgently looking for Billing Executive in our Salem Branch Location.**

Experience: Min 3 years
**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

No of openings: 10 nos.

**Salary**: 10k to 15K
**Skills: Tiles Industry**
Qualification: Any degree

**Immediate Joiners’ Required**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Prepare account balances
- Manage debts or any other inconsistencies
- Calculate receivable bills
- Update the accounting system
- Deliver invoices and bills and to customers
- Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information etc.
- Create account statements for customers
- Send reminders for payments and contact customers when needed
- Answer customer inquiries
- Create reports and present to managers
- Assume the responsibility of receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility
- Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies
- Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices
- Check the validity of debit accounts
- Update accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments
- Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines
- Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients
- Write thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
- Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field
- Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Any Degree in management or relevant discipline will be considered an advantage
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
- Preferably in Tiles industry.
