**Job Summary**: The IGCSE Coordinator, is responsible for leading the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) program. This role involves coordinating with teachers, students, and parents to ensure the effective delivery of the curriculum, monitoring student progress, and overseeing examination processes.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Planning and Development**:

- Collaborate with the academic leadership team to design, review, and refine the IGCSE curriculum to align with school objectives and international standards.
- Stay updated with changes in the IGCSE syllabus, examination formats, and educational trends to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and rigorous.

**Teacher Support and Development**:

- Organize workshops, training sessions, and professional development opportunities for teachers to enhance their proficiency in delivering the IGCSE curriculum effectively.

**Student Guidance and Support**:

- Guide students in selecting appropriate IGCSE courses, setting academic goals, and developing study skills necessary for success in the program.
- Provide individualized support and academic counseling to students to address academic challenges and promote holistic development.

**Assessment and Examination Management**:

- Coordinate the administration of IGCSE examinations, including registration, scheduling, and logistics management.
- Ensure compliance with examination regulations and standards set by the relevant examination boards.

**Data Management and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of student progress, assessment results, and other relevant data related to the IGCSE program.
- Generate reports and analyze data to monitor student performance and inform decision-making processes aimed at enhancing academic outcomes.

**Quality Assurance and Compliance**:

- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of the IGCSE program to ensure adherence to quality standards, curriculum objectives, and accreditation requirements.
- Work with relevant authorities and accreditation bodies to maintain compliance with regulations governing international education standards.

**Cross-Departmental Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other departments, such as admissions, counseling, and student services, to provide holistic support to students enrolled in the IGCSE program.
- Participate in school-wide initiatives and committees to promote a cohesive and integrated approach to education and student development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with the IGCSE curriculum and familiarity with international education standards. (atleast 2years of experience)

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with students, parents, faculty, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools for monitoring student progress and program outcomes.
- Commitment to continuous professional growth and development in the field of education.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
