**Office Administration**:
- Welcoming clients and guests
- Call operator task
- Handling Digital Marketing
- Managing CEO's calendar and scheduling appointments
- Handling basic office tasks like managing supplies and filing
- Providing administrative support to other staff members (as needed)
**Personal Assistance to CEO**:
- Anticipate and manage the CEO's needs
- Create content for marketing using Canva and reels for advertisements
- Liaise with external vendors and partners
- Travel arrangements (if applicable)
- Manage other delegated tasks as required
**Executive Assistance**:
- Anticipate and address the CEO's needs and requirements
- Create engaging content for marketing campaigns, including Reels and other social media posts
- Liaise with external vendors and partners
- Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations as needed
- Manage other delegated tasks and projects
**Additional Responsibilities**:
- **Content Creation**: Create and edit video content, including Reels, for social media platforms
- **Video Production**: Participate in video shoots, both in-studio and on-location
- **Voice-Over**: Provide voice-over narration for videos and presentations
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel to various locations for video shoots and other work-related activities
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools (Canva, etc.)
- Experience in video editing and content creation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work outside of regular office hours and travel as needed
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Handle digital marketing tasks, including content creation for social media (Canva, Reels)
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and meetings
- Oversee general office tasks, such as managing supplies and filing
- Provide administrative support to other team members as needed

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
