Reporter Responsibilities:
1. Find Newsworthy Events: Identify important events and developments in your area of coverage.

2. Research and Script Writing: Conduct research and write scripts before broadcasting news and preparing articles.

3. Event Reporting: Attend and report on events of public interest.

4. Deliver Reports: Provide live or pre-recorded reports on newsworthy events, both scripted and spontaneous.

5. Conduct Interviews: Interview eyewitnesses, authorities, and individuals involved in news stories.

6. Summarize Events: Transcribe and summarize events for news purposes.

7. Equipment Care: Travel to events and ensure proper care and security of recording equipment.

8. Video Production: Record footage with excellent sound and video quality.

9. Video Editing: Edit footage after recording, including transitions and text as needed.

10. Content Upload: Upload multimedia content to a system or website.

11. Write Articles: Prepare clean, concise, and factual articles based on your findings.

12. Pitch Story Ideas: Assess leads and pitch captivating story ideas to editors.

13. Meet Deadlines: Ensure that you meet all regular and recurring deadlines.

14. Editorial Review: Review and edit work for editorial approval.

15. Ethical Reporting: Adhere to the ethical code of the profession.

16. Record Keeping: Keep records of all notes, interviews, and audio files.

17. Build Relationships: Create trustworthy relationships with contacts and sources for future research.

18. Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date on the latest news developments by attending events, studying different papers, opinion pieces, and social media.

19. Data Collection: Collect, verify, and decipher data.
- Supervise the team's day-to-day operations.
- Foster innovative growth strategies through brainstorming.
- Establish transparent objectives and standards, and ensure team members meet their targets.
- Provide relevant sales leads to support the sales executives.
- Manage the planning for the upcoming weeks’ business strategy.
- Create and execute fresh sales initiatives, tactics, and schemes to engage critical target demographics.

Reporter Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, English, or a relevant field.

2. Ethical Reporting: Strong commitment to maintaining ethical and objective reporting standards.

3. Meeting Deadlines: Ability to meet deadlines and accurately fact-check information.

4. Observation and Judgment: Excellent observation and judgment skills.

5. Communication Skills: Superb communication and networking skills, along with an aptitude to effectively extract information.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
