**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a meticulous and tech-savvy Computer Operator with exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel to join our Ecommerce Marketplace Agency. As a Computer Operator, you will be responsible for managing and processing data, performing data entry tasks, analyzing reports, and supporting the operations of our clients' ecommerce businesses. Strong Excel skills, including advanced functions and data manipulation, are essential for this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently and accurately perform data entry tasks to update product listings, pricing, and inventory information on various ecommerce marketplaces.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and maintain detailed spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and organization.
- Generate reports on sales, performance metrics, and inventory levels using Excel's advanced functions, such as PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization, presenting findings to the team and clients.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure seamless data flow and resolve any data-related issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain data integrity and security through regular backups and adherence to data protection protocols.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Excel techniques to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
- Provide support in troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to the IT department, if necessary.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or degrees are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Computer Operator or in a similar role, preferably in the ecommerce or digital marketing field.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including proficiency in advanced functions, formulas, and data manipulation techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on maintaining high-quality data entry.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and marketplaces is preferred.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and work schedules, if needed.
