Job Title: Business Development Associate

Note: You should have your own vehicle. The travel expenses will be reimbursed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold-calling
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders
- Create and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful deal closure
- Manage and update the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Attend conferences and trade shows to promote the company's products and services
- Monitor industry trends and keep abreast of competitors' activities
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and techniques
- Willingness to travel for business purposes

**Salary**: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
