- Key Accountabilities- Strategic- Ensure compliance of operations with governing regulatory requirements
- Create, maintain, and assume accountability for internal and external stakeholders.
- Nurture and sustain an environment of continuous learning.
- Operational- Regular Activities- Grants Payments processing
- Liaisoning with Grants Payments, iGPS team, Project/Site study teams for issue resolution
- Documentation, back up and Reporting of payments processing
- Support Grant payments teams of Europe, Americas, Asia Pac, India.
- Support any related Account Reconciliations, WHT compliance.
- Support audit process.
- Assist in any other finance operations/accounting related activity as needed.
- Role Purpose:
- Grant Payments processing of various Regions, countries.
- Preparation of various related reconciliations/ reports.
- Assist in auditing process & Assist for WHT/TDS, GST compliances.
- Hands on experience in AP and General Ledger.
- Support for bank reconciliations, Support Manager and Grants payment team.
- Qualifications:
- B. Com or M. Com completed with 2-3 years of experience.
- Special Skills & Knowledge:
- Knowledge of ERP
- Clarity of accounting concepts
- Key Competencies:
- Good verbal and written language skills in English
- Ability to compile accounting information.
- Planning & prioritizing assigned tasks.
- Understanding of taxation (TDS/ GST), auditing, accounting
- Concern for data quality, eye for details
- Good documentation practices
- Understanding of the process compliance parameters
- Accountability
