Job description

As a Customer Relationship Officer, you are expected to fulfil the below responsibilities Sales and
Business Development
- Lead Generation through cold calls and activities.
- Converting online Inquiries to Enrollment / Walk-ins.
- Work on captive students upgrades and reference
- Telephonic /online enquiry follow-ups
- Maintaining Good conversions (average conversion across the state is 70%)
- Student fee collections & Follow Ups.
- achieving weekly / monthly / quarterly / Yearly revenue Targets for the assigned products;
- Database maintenance/Database Calls.
- Responsible for the maintenance of the records & updating of sales figures and reports from time

to time
- Daily/Weekly /Monthly reports / Analysis of reports

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (required)
- Academic counseling: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:

- Vijaynagar, Mysore, Karnataka: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
