Title: Zoura Tester/Q2C & Billing Tester

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Zoura Testing (or Q2C/Billing)**:

- Conduct end-to-end testing of the Zoura platform or Quote-to-Cash and Billing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and design effective test cases.
- Execute test scripts to validate functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Identify and document defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.

2. **Q2C/Billing Experience**:

- Utilize your expertise in Quote-to-Cash and Billing processes to contribute to the testing efforts.
- Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business processes and system requirements.
- Create and execute test plans and test scripts for Q2C and Billing functionalities.
- Participate in system integration testing and regression testing to ensure system stability.

3. **Test Script Development**:

- Develop comprehensive test scripts for Zoura platform or Q2C/Billing systems based on system requirements and specifications.
- Maintain and update test scripts to reflect changes in system functionality.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance testing processes and methodologies.

4. **Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test execution reports.
- Communicate test results and status to project stakeholders and management.

5. **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
- Communicate effectively with the team to address any issues, provide updates, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Zoura Tester or strong experience in Q2C and Billing testing.
- Knowledge of Quote-to-Cash and Billing processes.
- Ability to create and execute detailed test scripts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies.
