**House Keeping Staff Job Opening in Wayanad, Kerala**

**JOB SUMMARY**

Manage the daily activities of the house keeping staff, including room attendants, cleaners and assign tasks and ensure they are completed efficiently, train staff members on cleaning procedures, bed making & safety protocols, etc.

Conduct regular inspection of guest rooms, banquet Hall, recreation areas, public areas, back-of-house areas, linen rooms, to ensure cleanliness and adherence of Resort standards.

Address any deficiencies and ensure corrective actions are taken, monitor and manage the inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, and amenities, to ensure that adequate supplies are available and placing orders as needed.

Create and manage work schedules for housekeeping staff ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts, coordinate with front office department to meet occupancy demands, check-in-check-outs, reservation, etc.

Manage & control outsourced service like laundry in order to collect dirty linens and fresh linen delivery, report any maintenance issues or repairs needed in guest rooms or public areas to maintenance & front office departments, ensure timely resolution of issues.

Double check the guest rooms and make sure the rooms are ready to occupy as per the standards before any guest check -in.

Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, including room inspections, inventory levels, lost & found logs and staff schedules.

Address guest enquires, requests, and complaints related to housekeeping services, and ensure guest satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
