**Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing company products or services.

Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.

Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotional offers.

Follow up with potential customers to convert them into sales.

Collaborate with the sales team, share feedback, and contribute to sales growth.

Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma (12th pass) or equivalent qualification.

Prior experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Target-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.

Proficient in using computer systems and sales tools.

Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
