Estimator for Facade

Preparing estimates involving mathematical calculations and capable of preparing BOQ of items from Façade drawings.
- Preparing commercial offers as per the drawaings requirements of the client
- Studying received tender documents along with drawings
- Preparation submission of the revised costing, if any based on the clients comments
- Tocheck all the commercial offer terms are in line with the final submitted offer as per the discussion with the client.
- To coordinate with the design team to ensure all the material is in line with the estimated budget.
- To develop estimates for tender bids based on tender drawing specifications schedules and other tender documents. Costing sheet preparation using excel
- To read understand and analyze the tender drawings and technical specification
- Should be able to develop cost analysis, quantity take off equipment schedule cost comparison technical analysis and detailed costing for a tender project.
- Should be able to follow time lines as per tender submission schedule.
- Read Architecural Drawings and prepare BOQ of Façade Glazing works

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
