**Job description for E-commerce Executive operation**:
The E-Commerce Retail Operations executive oversees the productivity of E-commerce
platforms and manages the day-to-day operations such as but not limited to, increasing of sales,

Key Responsibilities:
A. SALES ACHIVEMENT
- Ensures 100% achievement of monthly sales target set of the Management
- Monitors and analyzes competitors’ activities and market trends.
- Work closely with brand team, creatives, and demand planning team to align,
contextualize, and execute broader platform sales and marketing strategies

B. CUSTOMER SERVICE RELATIONS
- Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport to with
potential and actual customers to understand customer service requirement
- Oversee the implementation of customer service standards and ensure customer
satisfaction and efficient handling of customer complaints.

Also good knowledge of MS Excel, powerpoint.

**Experience in business to business and business to customers**

**Qualification**: B.Tech. -Electronic or Master degree in business, administration, or related field.

**Experience **: 3-4 years in any consumer durable industries.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
