1)Adherence to Admission process: Ensures that all the steps of the Admissions process are followed 2)Conversions: The objective of the Admission Counselor is to maximize of conversion of leads to Admission while adhering to the Admission process. 3) Lead nurturing: Nurtures the leads through the Admission process funnel by engaging with them through timely and meaningful follow-ups, through telephonic conversations, e mails or text messages that encourage them to move forward in the process 4)Reporting:Maintains and process all the leads and related data through sophisticated kidzee software. She also aligns the school leadership team and other remote teams.
