Job Title: Copywriter

We are seeking a talented and creative Copywriter to join our marketing team. As a Copywriter, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and persuasive copy that effectively communicates our brand message and engages our target audience across various marketing channels.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives, target audience, and key messaging points.
- Conduct research to gather information about products, services, industry trends, and target audience preferences.
- Translate complex concepts and technical information into clear and concise copy that resonates with our audience and drives action.
- Write compelling headlines, taglines, and calls-to-action that capture attention and encourage audience engagement.
- Ensure all copy is grammatically correct, free of errors, and adheres to brand guidelines and style standards.
- Work closely with designers, marketers, and other team members to integrate copy seamlessly with visual elements and overall design concepts.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve copywriting skills and techniques.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative ideation to generate innovative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns and initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Copywriter or similar role, with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating creative writing skills and ability to craft compelling copy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for optimizing copy for search engines is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Salary**: 4.2L-4.8L per annum
