**JOB BRIEF**

**Responsible for managing center operations, and provide leadership in strategic and operational planning to run the institute smoothly and effectively as per the guidelines of the project**.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY**

Ø Managing and coordinating with various contractors / vendors / agencies including renewal of contracts, payments, etc. related to the institute.

Ø Doing inspection of the whole institute including different departments on a monthly basis.

Ø Approval and Drafting various rules, regulations, and instructions related to the institute e.g. approval of SOPs for security arrangements, discipline, etc.

Ø Supervising and arranging required tools, equipment, infrastructure etc.

Ø Supervising & making arrangement for transportation students, staff, etc. along with vehicle maintenance, repairs and their working conditions.

Ø Handling statutory HR functions like PF, ESIC, attendance, leave record maintenance, leave allotment, contract labour registration, etc.

Ø Maintaining and supervising the administrative system for staff (both regular & contractual employees).

Ø All administration work, Admission counseling, Workshop Establishment and workforce Management and affiliation process with NCVT & NSDC of the institute.

**EDUCATION**

a. Minimum Education:

- Post Graduate/Graduate in any discipline

**EXPERIENCE**

a. Minimum Experience:

- 2 Years in relevant project like Polytechnic or ITI as Vice Principal

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
