**Customer Management**:
Responsible for managing and driving business from C-class customers across PAN India.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing C-class customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Identify potential opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.

**Lead Generation**:
Actively engage in cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base.

Conduct research to identify new customers and potential markets.

**Sales Support**:
Collaborate with Sales Associates to assist in the lead generation process.

Qualify leads by assessing their potential and passing them on to the relevant sales team members.

**Prospecting**:
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers, keeping track of communication and progress.

Regularly follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.

**Miscellaneous**:
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales and customer management.

Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other company events as required.

Contribute to team goals and objectives by actively participating in collaborative initiatives.

All the efforts should be towards achieving and meeting the set target and gain success.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
