**Job description**:
**Objectives**:

- Developing and implementing communication strategies that align with the company's overall strategy and goals.
- Creating compelling and engaging content, including press releases, social media posts, and other communications materials.
- Managing the company's social media channels and online presence, ensuring that content is up-to-date, engaging, and consistent with the company's brand and messaging.
- Building relationships with journalists, bloggers, and other influencers in the industry, and working to secure media coverage for the company.
- Organizing and coordinating events, such as product launches, press conferences, and customer events.
- Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of communication efforts, and using data and analytics to inform future strategies and tactics.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, customer service, HR to ensure that all communication efforts are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Enhancing the company's reputation and brand image through effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualification & Requirement**:
5+yrs of experience in Integrated Marketing Communication role, preferably in the payment industry

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong social media skills, with experience managing corporate social media accounts.

Experience organizing and coordinating events, such as product launches and press conferences.

**Role & Responsibility**:
**Departmental Activity**:

- Develop and implement integraded communication strategies that promote our company's products and services, enhance our reputation, and engage with customers and stakeholders.
- Create compelling and engaging content, including press releases, social media posts, and other communications materials.
- Manage the company's social media channels and online presence, ensuring that content is up-to-date, engaging, and consistent with the company's brand and messaging.
- Build relationships with journalists, bloggers, and other influencers in the payment industry, and work to secure media coverage for the company.
- Organize and coordinate events, such as product launches, press conferences, and customer events.
- Understand and support the brand vision through careful execution of the design, messaging, voice and approach of all marketing efforts.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of our communication efforts, and use data and analytics to inform future strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer service, to ensure that all communication efforts are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage the execution elements of the optimal Integrated marketing communicaiton mix including advertising, web marketing, collateral, standees, branch branding, partner success deliverables, videos, events, demos, PR, broadcasts/webinars, digital, social media,, thought leadership, influencer, etc.
- Develop deliverables and report out on overall success of impact through marketing channels
- Marketing technology - Leverage marketing technology including marketing automation and databases to optimize campaign effectiveness
- Manage the work of external vendors when necessary
- Provides analysis of data to support decisions made by those with accountability
