- **Curriculum Development**: Develop and adapt instructional materials, resources, and activities to meet the diverse learning needs and abilities of students. Create lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments that cater to different learning styles and levels of proficiency.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to academic growth and personal development. Manage student behavior effectively, enforce classroom rules, and promote mutual respect and cooperation among students.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Assess student learning through formative and summative assessments such as quizzes, tests, projects, and presentations. Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on their progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- **Individualized Support**: Identify and address the learning needs and challenges of individual students through differentiated instruction and personalized support. Offer extra help, tutoring, or enrichment activities to students who require additional assistance or extension.
