**Responsibilities**:
Identify and prospect potential clients in the B2B segment within the interiors industry, including architects, interior designers, contractors, and property developers.

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis, and utilize the insights to develop targeted sales strategies.

Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online platforms, and convert them into qualified prospects.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their evolving needs, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our interior solutions.

Collaborate with the design and project management teams to develop customized interior solutions based on client requirements and project specifications.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable business deals while ensuring alignment with company objectives and financial targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and seamless execution of client projects.

Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, and provide regular reports and updates to the management team.

Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.

Proven track record of at least 2-4 years in B2B business development, preferably within the interiors industry.

Strong knowledge of the interiors industry, including an understanding of design principles, materials, and construction processes.

Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and meet or exceed targets.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence key stakeholders.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.

Location : Gurugram

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 48 per week

**Salary**: ₹252,740.12 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
