Webstep Solution is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an SEO Intern. This position is an excellent opportunity for aspiring professionals who are passionate about digital marketing and want to gain practical experience in search engine optimization (SEO). As an SEO Intern, you will work closely with our SEO team and contribute to the success of our online marketing efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in keyword research: Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-potential keywords for our website and content. Collaborate with the SEO team to optimize existing content and develop new content ideas based on keyword analysis.
- On-page optimization: Work on optimizing website content, including meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking. Ensure that all on-page elements are optimized for search engines and user experience.
- Off-page optimization: Support the team in off-page optimization activities, such as link building, social bookmarking, and directory submissions. Help identify potential link-building opportunities and contribute to outreach efforts.
- Content creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with keyword strategies. Assist in creating engaging blog posts, articles, and website copy that drives organic traffic and improves search engine rankings.
- Perform SEO audits: Conduct regular audits of our website to identify areas for improvement. Analyze website performance, identify technical SEO issues, and propose solutions to enhance overall SEO performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. Share insights and recommendations with the team to continuously improve our SEO strategies.
- Reporting and analysis: Assist in monitoring and analyzing website traffic, keyword rankings, and other SEO metrics. Prepare regular reports to track progress and provide actionable insights to optimize our SEO efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles, including on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with keyword research tools and SEO analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights to drive SEO improvements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in writing and editing content for SEO purposes.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and website management platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn. Willingness to take initiative and contribute creative ideas to improve SEO strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.

**Duration and Compensation**:
This is a paid internship position with a duration of 3 Months. The intern will be expected to work 40-45 Hrs/week. Compensation and other benefits will be discussed during the interview process.

Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: From ₹5,000.00 per month
