Swimming Coach

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Swimming Coach to join our team and lead our swimming program.

Other Responsibilities are

- Provide individualized coaching and feedback to swimmers to improve technique, endurance, and performance.
- Plan and conduct structured practice sessions focusing on stroke development, turns, starts, and race strategies.
- Coordinate and oversee swim meets, including event entries, warm-ups, and race preparation.
- Monitor and evaluate swimmers' progress, track performance metrics, and adjust training plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with swimmers, parents, and other coaching staff regarding practice schedules, meet schedules, and program expectations.
- Foster a positive and supportive team environment, promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of swimmers during practices, meets, and other team activities.
- Stay current with developments in swimming techniques, training methods, and coaching best practices.
- Assist in recruiting and retaining swimmers, promoting the swimming program within the community, and representing the organization at swim-related events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
