Title: Digital Marketer

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team at a leading nurses recruitment agency. As a Digital Marketer, you will play a crucial role in promoting our agency's services and attracting qualified medical professionals towards our available vacancies. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your skills in digital marketing strategies and tactics to make a significant impact on our recruitment efforts.

**Responsibilities**:
3. Utilize social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) to build brand awareness, engage with the nursing community, and share relevant industry news and updates.

4. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, ensuring effective targeting and maximizing return on investment (ROI).

5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

7. Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand their needs and objectives, align digital marketing efforts with recruitment goals, and develop strategies to attract and retain top nursing talent.

8. Conduct market research to identify potential target audiences and develop customer profiles for more targeted marketing efforts.

9. Track and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives, providing regular updates to the management team on campaign performance, trends, and insights.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the recruitment or healthcare industry.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

7. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

8. Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing strategies.

9. Experience in healthcare or nursing recruitment will be considered a plus.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
