**Job Title: Quality Control Executive**

**Location**: Baddi

As part of our commitment to quality, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Control Executive to join our team.

As a Quality Control Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our quality control processes to uphold our reputation for excellence in the food industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Assurance**: Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards (e.g., HACCP, FDA, ISO).
- **Quality Control Inspections**: Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to identify any deviations from quality standards.
- **Sampling and Testing**: Coordinate the sampling and testing of products in accordance with established protocols, utilizing laboratory equipment and analytical methods.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze quality control data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including test results, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.
- **Supplier Management**: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality and consistency of raw materials and packaging materials, conducting supplier audits as necessary.
- **Training and Compliance**: Provide training to production staff on quality control procedures, food safety practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance at all levels.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality control processes, enhance efficiency, and minimize waste.
- **Crisis Management**: Respond promptly to quality-related incidents or customer complaints, investigating root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, procurement, and regulatory affairs, to address quality-related issues and drive quality improvements throughout the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or master degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field.
- 4+years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
- Proficiency in conducting quality control tests and interpreting analytical data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Prior experience with food safety audits and regulatory inspections is preferred.
- Certification in food safety (e.g., PCQI, HACCP) is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
