**Job Title: Co-Founder - Fundraising Company**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Planning**: Collaborate with the founding team to develop and implement the company’s vision, mission, and long-term strategy.
- **Fundraising Leadership**: Lead fundraising efforts, including identifying potential donors, developing fundraising strategies, and securing funds from investors, grants, and other sources.
- **Business Development**: Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including non-profits, startups, investors, and strategic partners.
- **Product Development**: Contribute to the design and improvement of our fundraising platform and services based on market needs and user feedback.
- **Team Building**: Assist in recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing team to support the company’s growth.
- **Marketing and PR**: Oversee marketing initiatives and public relations efforts to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.
- **Financial Oversight**: Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure sustainable growth.
- **Fundraising**:
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, business development, or a related field. Previous startup experience is highly desirable.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- **Entrepreneurial Spirit**: Demonstrated ability to think creatively, take initiative, and drive projects from concept to completion.
- **Network**: A well-established network within the fundraising, non-profit, or investment communities.
- **Passion**: A deep commitment to the mission of empowering organizations to achieve their fundraising goals.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
