Welder

cut metal to the correct size, smooth molten metal, and align components using rulers, calipers, and clamps

use manual or semiautomatic equipment to join metal parts together in various positions

maintain and repair welding equipment

inspect materials and structures before and after welding to ensure there is no overheating and to identify flaws

smooth and polish metal surfaces to ensure a good finish

Understand the engineering drawings and specifications to plan layout, assembly and welding operations

Take accurate measurements and make calculations to complete the job
- Lay out and position parts and assemblies according to the specifications

Weld components and assemblies using welding equipment
- Test the welded surfaces for tolerance, weld quality and conformance to specifications
- Fabricate based on the specifications and drawings using hand tools, machine tools and welding equipment

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
