effectively and allocate resources strategically. Represent the school at public events and functions. Stay

current with educational trends and innovations, implementing effective practices to enhance student

learning. Master's degree in Education or a related field is required. Bachelor's degree with B.Ed. is

mandatory. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within a school setting, preferably

as a Principal or Assistant Principal. Proven track record of success in leading and implementing educational

initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and

presentation skills. Ability to build trust and rapport with students, staff, parents, and the community.

Commitment to equity and inclusion in education. Computer proficiency in relevant educational software

and technologies.

Working Hours / Timings: - 08:00am to 4:00pm

Working Days: - Monday-Saturday
