Responsibilities:

- Plan, develop and implement comprehensive STEM and robotics programs for students of all ages and levels.
- Conduct training sessions and provide hands-on learning experiences for students.
- Coach and mentor students for international robotics competitions, such as FIRST LEGO League (FLL), FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC), World Robot Olympiad (WRO), and VEX Robotics Competitions (VRC).
- Provide technical support to students and teachers during robotics competitions.
- Design and develop project-based learning curricula that align with state and national standards.
- Create and deliver presentations and workshops to promote STEM and robotics education to schools, educators, and community organizations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in robotics and STEM education.
- Hold office hours for student and teacher support, as needed.
- Ensure the safety of students during robotics classes and competitions.
- Possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel to client locations for training, events and competitions.
- Generate course descriptions and launch new courses in line with the company's goals and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in robotics or STEM education.
- Strong knowledge of robotics programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, or JAVA.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with designing and implementing project-based learning curricula.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and education.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
- Valid driving license and reliable transportation.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
