Position: Production Manager

Location: Gurgaon Sector 18 Sarhol

**Salary**: 60,000-70,000 per month

Work Experience: 5-10 years in production management

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the production process of the company
- Ensure efficient and timely production of goods
- Monitor and maintain quality control measures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Develop and implement production plans to meet company goals
- Manage and train production staff
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Continuously improve production processes and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in **engineering or mechanical **field.
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in **production management**
- Knowledge of pneumatic and mechanical systems
- Specialization in machinery manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office and production management software.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
