**Recruitment Trainee**

**Location**: Global Business Park, Zirakpur (Tri-city residents preferred)

**Salary**: 15,000 INR + Performance-Based Bonuses (18,000 INR after 3 months)

**Employment Type**: Temporary (3-month contract with the possibility of permanent employment)

**Working Hours**: Monday - Friday, 12:45 pm to 9:45 pm (summer), 1:45 pm to 10:45 pm (winter) (Cab facility not provided)

**The role**:

As a **Support Executive**, you will play a vital role in our organisation by assisting our teams in Sales, CV sourcing, and Advert creation. During the **initial three-month contract**, we will assess your skills and determine your suitability for a permanent position. If not selected, we will provide you with a relieving letter.

**Responsibilities**:
**Initial Duties**:

- Input client details into the CRM system
- Create and maintain templates

**Potential Duties**:

- Conduct research on job descriptions
- Identify relevant keywords
- Forward CVs to recruiters
- Create job advertisements

**Requirements**:

- Educational background or qualification in IT, HR, or Business Administration
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime when required
- Excellent written English skills
