**Change management (Solution Delivery - Design / Build / Test)**
- Understand and collect business requirement for approved Change Requests
- Evaluation of requirements (implementation possibilities, effort estimation, duration of implementation, etc.)
- Build & implement Functional concept & Technical Concept
- Define processes and methodologies for configurations, testing, transport/deployment
- Assist in the preparation of system testing and maintenance of end-to-end scenarios.
- Execution of IT tests incl. test case creation and test documentation
- Implementation - if necessary in cooperation with external service providers
- Documentation of the solution document (Functional/Technical specifications)
- Creation/updating of user manuals and, if necessary, training documents
