**Job Summary**:
As a Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and growing the company. You will work closely with other Co-Founder's, CEO and team members to shape the vision, strategy, and direction of Archidian. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
**Role and Responsibility**:
**1. Vision and Strategy**:
- Collaborate with other co-founders to define the company's mission, vision, and long-term strategy.
- Contribute innovative ideas and insights to drive the business forward.
- To achieve the target of onboarding 400 architects by Dec.
**2. Business Development**:
- Identify and evaluate market opportunities, potential partners, and strategic alliances.
- Develop and execute plans to acquire customers, generate revenue, and expand the business.
**3. Product Development**:
- Work with the product team to conceptualize, develop, and iterate on products or services.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform product improvements and enhancements.
**4. Team Building and Leadership**:
- Recruit, hire, and onboard talented individuals who align with the company's culture and values.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members to foster their professional growth.
**5. Operations and Execution**:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive results.
**6. Fundraising and Finance**:
- Lead fundraising efforts by pitching to investors, negotiating terms, and securing funding.
- Manage the company's finances, including budgeting, financial planning, and risk management.
**7. Marketing and Branding**:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to build brand awareness, attract customers, and drive sales.
- Leverage various channels, such as social media, content marketing, and partnerships, to reach target audiences.
**8. Networking and Relationship Building**:
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, suppliers, and industry experts.
- Represent the company at events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand its reach and influence.
**Educational Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Design, Real Estate, or Urban Planning.
- MBA or Equivalent Business Degree with a focus on entrepreneurship, marketing, or digital business.
- Courses or certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or web development could be an added advantage, given the platform's online nature.
- Practical experience or specialized training in domain brokerage, real estate, or platform management could substitute for formal education in some cases, especially if the individual has a proven track record in these areas.
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as a founder, co-founder, or senior executive in a startup or high-growth company.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and motivating teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Deep domain expertise in relevant areas such as technology, product development, marketing, or finance.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas and influence others.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, creativity, and problem-solving.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a willingness to embrace uncertainty and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
