Greet and Welcome Guests: Create a positive first impression by warmly welcoming and seating guests. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by attending to guest needs, answering questions, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Order Taking: Efficiently take food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen, and serve items as they are prepared. Table Maintenance: Keep tables clean and organized, clearing dishes promptly, and resetting tables for the next guests. Cash Handling: Process payments accurately, handle cash transactions, and provide change to guests. Communication: Effectively communicate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service flow. Upselling: Promote additional menu items, specials, or promotions to enhance sales and guest experience. Knowledge of Menu: Familiarize yourself with the menu to assist guests in making informed choices and address any dietary concerns. Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints or issues diplomatically and promptly, seeking assistance from management when necessary. Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure cleanliness of the dining area, including restrooms, and adhere to hygiene and safety standards. Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to create a harmonious and efficient work environment. Follow Company Policies: Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to service, safety, and conduct.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 36 per week
