- Bharat Bank
- vertical. It is an amalgamation of products and geography, handling certain core products across the country and all the products in the RUSU branches.
The objective is to accelerate the growth journey by expanding distribution reach via branches, partnerships, and digital presence, creating tailored products and processes, and using the One Axis strategy to harness synergies in all parts of the Bank to deliver to the Bharat customer.
- The Bank also continues to focus on growing the book profitably by enhancing productivity, improving operational efficiency to reduce cost, and containing risk by leveraging technology such as AI and ML & rigorous portfolio monitoring**About** **the** **Role**
- The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the team of Sales officers at assigned branches for Nano Business loan. _
- The Role is expected to manage the team efficiently to achieve the disbursement, collection and portfolio management targets as per defined parameters of the bank. The role will be taking care of 1-2 districts of state based on the portfolio size_

**Key Responsibilities**
- _Handling sales target for the secured and unsecured loan products for Nano business focused in semi urban and rural area_
- _Train the team for loans products and other banking products for cross sale opportunity_
- _Tracking and improving manpower productivity_
- _Managing collection efficiency to ensure nil flows from bucket X_
- _Managing early delinquencies to ensure portfolio is healthy and there are no nonstarter cases_
- _Customers assessment by visiting business place, residence place and security proposed for cases as per banks policy_
- _Periodic visits of customers and cross checking of sourcing quality/ loan utilization_
- _Managing PDD and audit queries and ensure submission within time_
- _Keeping regular track of competition and reporting new products/market development_
- _Managing relationship with customer and act as first point of contact for any issues if not resolved by RE._
- _Adhering to the banks policies and ensuring compliance of the same._
- _Should have valid two wheeler driving licenses, two wheeler and Smart phone (preferably android9/IOS 9 and above)_
**Qualifications**
- Optimal qualification for success on the job is:_
- _Education: Graduation/Post Graduation_
- _Maximum Age: 32 Years_
- _Experience: 3-7 Years of experience in sales in Bank or NBFC for
- Nano/Micro Business Loans/ Small ticket LAP/ Self-employed PL/ AHL_
- _Good understanding of Micro/Small unsecured business loan, Affordable housing or Small ticket LAP_
