Job Description for RNOC L1 Technician

Looking for Remote Network Operation Center (RNOC) technician for Monitoring & troubleshooting

issues with L1 support
- Strong communication skills is a must as various teams are involved globally
- Ready to work in rotational shifts
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and analytical skills to resolve issues
- Basic knowledge of routing protocols & commands
- Good experience of troubleshooting network related issues (node/link Down, latency, packet

drops)
- Profound knowledge of switches, bridges, wireless controllers, access points
- Should possess knowledge on preventive server maintenance, Data storage & backup, remote

management, and reporting
- CCNA / CCNP / MCSE certification will be an added advantage

**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
