The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team in a hotel environment. This includes assisting with the coordination of sales activities, maintaining client databases, preparing sales documents and reports, and ensuring excellent customer service to clients.
- Coordinate sales activities and events, including site visits, meetings, and presentations.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as catering, events, and reservations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and marketing plans.
- **Database Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases, including contact information, preferences, and booking history.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to inquiries and requests.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate as needed to ensure resolution.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales team members, management, and other departments, to coordinate efforts and achieve sales goals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about hotel services and accommodations.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales support or coordination, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
